Our cabinets ship ready to assemble (RTA), which keeps them compact, well protected and affordable to transport. Here is what to expect from delivery through any return.
How your order ships
Cabinets ship flat in protective flat-pack cartons. Freight is arranged for each order based on its size and destination, and the shipping method and cost are detailed on your quote before you confirm. We package RTA cabinets specifically for long-distance freight to keep them safe in transit.
Inspect on delivery
Please inspect your shipment when it arrives and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork before signing. If something arrives damaged in transit, we will replace the affected parts — contact us right away with photos so we can get replacements moving.
Returns
Unused, undamaged items can be returned by arrangement. Because freight and packaging vary by order, the specific return terms for your purchase are confirmed on your quote — contact us and we will walk you through the process.
