Shipping & Returns
Our cabinets ship ready to assemble (RTA), which keeps them compact, well protected and affordable to transport. Here is what to expect from delivery through any return.
How your order ships
Cabinets ship flat in protective flat-pack cartons. We package RTA cabinets specifically for long-distance freight to keep them safe in transit.
Smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown in your cart before you pay. Larger orders travel by LTL freight, where the cost depends on the destination and the size of the shipment — rather than guess at checkout, we quote those individually. When your order reaches that size the cart will say so and take you to a quote request instead of a payment page.
Inspect on delivery
Please inspect your shipment when it arrives and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork before signing. If something arrives damaged in transit, we will replace the affected parts — contact us right away with photos so we can get replacements moving.
Returns
Unused, undamaged items can be returned by arrangement. Because freight and packaging vary by order, the specific return terms for your purchase are confirmed on your quote — contact us and we will walk you through the process.
