We stand behind how our cabinets are built. Every order is made from all-plywood boxes with CARB P2-compliant materials, and we back them with a limited warranty against defects.
What is covered
Your cabinets carry a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This covers genuine manufacturing faults in the cabinet construction. The full warranty terms are provided with your order — contact us for details specific to your purchase.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation or assembly, exposure to excessive moisture or heat, or normal wear. Natural variation in wood color and grain is a characteristic of solid-wood doors, not a defect.
How to make a claim
If you believe an item is defective, email us with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and arrange a remedy under the terms of your warranty.
