Factory-direct wholesale
Buy Wholesale Kitchen Cabinets, Factory-Direct
"Wholesale kitchen cabinets" usually means one of two things: a contractor-only supply house with account paperwork, or a retailer that borrowed the word for marketing. TC Wholesale Cabinetry is neither — we are the factory. We build ready-to-assemble (RTA) kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities in our own facility in Vietnam and sell them directly to the people installing them, at the price the factory charges plus freight. There is no importer, no distributor, and no showroom markup between you and the production line.
That is the whole model. It is why a quote from us is itemized cabinet by cabinet, why door samples ship before you commit to anything, and why we can put our price guarantee in writing further down this page. If you want to skip straight to the boxes, browse the full wholesale cabinet line.
What factory-direct wholesale actually means
Most cabinet lines pass through three or four sets of hands before they reach a kitchen: factory, exporter, national importer, regional distributor, dealer. Every layer adds margin without adding a single sheet of plywood. Because we own the factory, the chain is one link long — we build your order, flat-pack it, and freight it to your site anywhere in the country. The price you pay is the factory price plus shipping.
We are equally direct about where the work happens: our cabinets are built in Vietnam, in our own facility, by our own production team, and we import them ourselves. Import costs are moving — if you are comparing suppliers right now, read our plain-English breakdown of the 2026–2027 cabinet tariffs and what they mean for your quote before you take any price at face value. A one-link supply chain means the quote you get from us already reflects the landed cost — there is no downstream distributor waiting to reprice it.
Who buys wholesale from us
Homeowners, directly
You do not need a trade license or a resale certificate to buy here, and there are no minimums for a first order. If you can sketch your kitchen and take rough measurements, you can order the same cabinets a pro would spec. Most homeowner orders start with a door sample and a photographed layout — the quote comes back itemized, so you can see exactly what each box costs before deciding anything.
Contractors and builders
Kitchen and bath contractors use us as a supply line: one construction standard across the whole catalog, consistent batch quality, and flat-packed freight that moves through a jobsite door. We quote job lots the same way we quote single kitchens — line by line. See trade pricing for contractors and builders for how volume orders, spec submittals and freight are handled, or start with our guide to how wholesale cabinet buying works for contractors.
Flippers and rental investors
A flip or a rental refresh needs cabinets that look custom, install on schedule, and leave room in the budget for everything else the property needs. RTA solves the timeline — boxes assemble on site with included hardware — and factory pricing solves the margin. The five-piece Shaker door reads as a premium kitchen in listing photos without a premium invoice.
How the quote model works
We do not publish a shelf price per box, because freight, finish, and configuration change the real number. What we do instead is faster than it sounds:
- Check the quality first. Order a door sample — we ship a real five-piece Shaker door so you can judge the build and the finish in your own light, not from a render.
- Send your layout. Upload a sketch, PDF, or photos with rough measurements through the free quote form. It goes straight to our design team, never to a call center.
- Review an itemized quote. Line-by-line pricing, usually within two business days. The quote is free and there is no payment step to see it.
- Confirm with a deposit. Approve the quote and place a deposit, and production is scheduled — standard build time is 15–25 days plus shipping, confirmed with your quote.
Lowest Price Guarantee
Get a lower quote on the same ready-to-assemble cabinets elsewhere? We will match it and beat it by 5%. Attach your competing quote and we will do the rest.
We can put that in writing for one reason: the factory margin is the only margin in the chain. A reseller quoting against us has to beat its own supplier's price first.
One construction standard: all-plywood, CARB P2 compliant
Wholesale pricing usually invites a quiet downgrade to particle board. Ours does not. Every cabinet in the line is built to the same specification:
- 1/2-inch plywood cabinet boxes joined with metal L-brackets — no particle board anywhere
- 3/4-inch solid-wood face frames with full-overlay, five-piece Shaker doors
- 5/8-inch solid-wood dovetail drawer boxes on soft-close, full-extension undermount slides
- 6-way adjustable concealed hinges and 3/4-inch adjustable plywood shelves
- CARB P2 / TSCA Title VI compliant plywood and panels on every order
- Flat-pack packaging engineered for long-distance freight, with a replacement guarantee for transit damage
Where to start
The catalog is organized by what the cabinet does. Each type has its own page with sizing guidance and the full stocked range: wholesale base cabinets (9 to 48 inches wide), wholesale wall cabinets (30, 36 and 42-inch heights), tall and pantry cabinets (up to 96 inches), and wholesale bathroom vanities (24 to 60 inches). Browse the full wholesale cabinet line, or go straight to the Shaker wholesale cabinets in Purity White and Victory Gray. A few popular entry points:
- 36-inch Shaker base cabinet — the workhorse double-door base every kitchen run is planned around
- 36-inch Shaker sink base cabinet — full-access opening sized for standard sinks
- 30-inch Shaker wall cabinet — double-door upper that pairs with any base run
- 30-inch Shaker vanity cabinet — single-sink bathroom vanity, shipped without a top so you pick the counter
